KHAN AND HIS STORY-TELLING

Khan connected with stories when he was only six years old.

An unfortunate trauma resulted in him going mute for over four months. During that period, he did not utter a single word. The shock was so sever that it made him hide within his own self.

Can you imagine a six year old so traumatised that he couldn’t talk?

This is where his dear Mom introduced him to story books. The Hare & the Tortoise, Cinderella, the Thirsty Crow, and many more.  All of a sudden, he found a world where he was ‘safe’.  A world where there was always a joyous ending, where they always lived happily ever after.

Khan never looked back.  He adopted stories, and the stories adopted him. Even when he finally started to talk, stories stayed with him, ever since.

Today, stories play a major part in everything he does.  From reading, to working, to socialising, he is always on a look out for good stories.

Fast forward 2026, he can proudly say that he has a collection of almost 100 stories, all based on real life events that he often uses in his talks and workshops.
